Chris Verdin

Chris Verdin is the current Chief Financial Officer at Eggplant, a software testing solutions company that was sold to Keysight Technologies, Inc in June 2020 for $330 million. Prior to their current role, Chris served as the CFO at Future Route Ltd from September 2011 to September 2012. Chris was responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing advice and guidance to the Board of Directors on financial matters.

PacketExchange was Chris's previous employer from January 2006 to June 2011 where they also served as the CFO. During their time there, they were responsible for PacketExchange's financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and investor relations.

Chris is a highly experienced financial executive with over 15 years of experience in both public and private companies. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of London and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Chris Verdin's educational career includes a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from The University of Edinburgh.
