Darrell Cook is a seasoned professional in Customer Success with extensive experience across multiple leading technology companies. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success EMEA at Egnyte since May 2019, Darrell leads a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer service and ensure the success of top EMEA clients. Previously, in the role of EMEA Customer Success Director at Jive Software, Darrell focused on customer retention and growth while being part of the global Customer Success Leadership team. Darrell's earlier experience includes significant positions at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Siemens Business Services, and Digital Equipment Corporation, utilizing strong service management skills to foster customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
