Gena st. Clair

Gena St. Clair has been with Egon Zehnder since January 2011, currently serving as the US Head of Administration and Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR and administrative activities across the US. Gena collaborates with the US Head of Human Resources on a wide range of HR functions, including full-cycle recruiting, training and development, employee evaluations, and conflict resolution. Prior roles at Egon Zehnder include US Training and Development Associate, Senior Analyst/Associate CFO Practice, and Research Analyst within the CFO Practice. Earlier experience includes a position as Front Desk/Insurance Manager at Dr. Michael Plunk, DDS, MSD, and an internship as a Research Analyst Intern at Egon Zehnder. Gena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from SMU Cox School of Business, completed in 2008.
