Octavia Butler

Octavia Butler, a Senior Research Analyst at Egon Zehnder since August 2019, previously held roles as a Research Analyst and Business Analyst within the company's graduate scheme. With experience at V&V Experience DMC and Russell Reynolds Associates, Octavia has a background in operations, analysis, and research. Educated at the University of Exeter with a BA Hons. in History and advanced proficiency in Spanish, Octavia also attended Rugby School. Working closely with Senior Partners, Octavia focuses on search and development work at the C-Suite and Board level across various practice groups.
