Chris Davis

Chris Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chris began their career as a Junior Software Developer at Egress Group in April 2010, eventually working their way up to the position of Senior Software Developer. During this time, they gained technical expertise and provided development support for various projects, including data migration and data quality solutions for clients such as HS2, Morrison Group Services, Birmingham City Council, DHL, and Lancashire County Council.

In January 2018, Chris assumed the role of Senior Data Migration Consultant at Egress Group. Chris played a crucial role in delivering data migration solutions for HS2 and Morrison Group Services, as well as working on cross-functional projects for Birmingham City Council.

Chris's expertise and dedication led to him being promoted to HCM Practice Lead and later Fusion DM Practice Lead at Egress Group, where they demonstrated leadership in managing the delivery of projects and ensuring development needs were met.

Prior to their time at Egress Group, Chris worked at Chance Glass Ltd. as an Administration Assistant. In addition to their administrative tasks, they also created several small applications for the company, including an order system and a non-conformance reporting system.

Chris Davis attended Worcester College of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an HND degree in Computing. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an Agile Fundamentals certification from Udemy in 2022, and Microsoft certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional in 2015 and in Programming in C#.
