Felicia Cofield has four years of work experience. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Orllati's, where they took customer calls and assisted them with placing, reviewing, and changing orders. Felicia also trained new hires and helped them to get confident in their new role. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Media Markt Germany, where they helped customers with troubleshooting their devices and escalating when necessary. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Member HR + Marketing at consult.IN e.V. Currently, they are working as a Managed Services Engineer at eGroup.

Felicia Cofield is currently attending Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, where they are studying International Business from 2018 to 2022. Felicia has also obtained three certifications from Microsoft, Zerto, and CompTIA, in December 2022, September 2022, and June 2022, respectively.
