Jeffrey Thomas has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Jeffrey began their career as an Account Executive for Lifetouch in 2007, where they managed the northeast South Carolina market and achieved the largest growth and retention numbers in the territory's 10+ year history. In 2010, they joined Blackbaud, Inc. as an Associate Account Manager and Business Development Representative, where they managed a portfolio of CRM, SaaS, and Internet solutions and services. In 2014, they moved to eGroup as Director of Sales and Delivery Operations, and then as Sales Operations Manager and Senior Sales Operations Specialist. During this role, they were responsible for customer quotes, product procurement, bidding, and overall profitability of sales activities. Additionally, they maintained relationships with partners, vendors, distributors, and customers with the goal of overall customer success and satisfaction. In 2009, Jeffrey also worked as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.
Jeffrey Thomas attended Bowling Green State University, where they studied Design and Visual Communications, General. Jeffrey also holds certifications from Cisco, Nutanix, and Zerto.
