Islam Atef

Islam Atef is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Section Head at Egyptian Drilling Company (EDC) since May 2014. In this role, Islam monitors and reports gaps in HRIS, tracks benefits consumption against departmental budgets, and ensures effective decision-making to enhance service delivery.
