Ali Ghamrawy

Ali Ghamrawy currently serves as the Chairman of the Egyptian Drug Authority, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Ali Ghamrawy was the Chairman and CEO of SEDICO Pharmaceutical from March 2021 to March 2024. Ali Ghamrawy also worked as a Business Consultant at UCCMA - Gypto Pharma from August 2016 to November 2019. At Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company, Ali Ghamrawy held the role of Executive Vice President - Africa from September 2017 to June 2019, overseeing operations in key African markets. Earlier in their career, Ali Ghamrawy served as the Operating Unit Head for North Africa & Near East at Novartis from March 1996 to May 2015, where responsibilities included leading Novartis operations across multiple regions and managing consumer health operations in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
