Nihal Taher Abdelrahim

Nihal Taher Abdelrahim has extensive experience in human resources and digital transformation, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Human Resources Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement at the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) since April 2017. Previous roles include HR digital transformation team member and HR specialist at EGAS, as well as a financial investments specialist. Prior to this, Nihal worked at Belayiem Petroleum Company (Petrobel) as an Administration Affairs Specialist in the Foreign Affairs sector. Leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Sadat Academy 9th Employment Fair and as Head of the Marketing Committee for Enactus SAMS. Nihal's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a B.B.A. in International Business from Sadat Academy for Management Science. Additional training experiences include positions at BP, Schlumberger, and Halliburton.
