James Downham

James Downham, MBA is the Engagement & Adoption Lead at The eHealth Centre of Excellence. James is also a Singer/Songwriter/Performer for James Downham Music. Previously, James was the Manager for System Coordinated Access at Waterloo Wellington CCAC, Manager for Waterloo Wellington Coordinated Access at Guelph Community Health Centre, and the Waterloo Wellington Community Liaison at Alzheimer Society Kitchener Waterloo. Additionally, James served as the Attendant Service Supervisor at the Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region. James holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with other degrees in Social Work, Management, Leadership, and English Literature.
