Jessica Fazakerley

Jessica Fazakerley is currently the Change Management & Engagement Lead at eHealth Centre of Excellence. Prior to this, Jessica worked at London Health Sciences Centre as a Process Improvement Consultant and Change Management Specialist for the Connecting South West Ontario program. Jessica also served as the Dance Captain for the London Lightning Dance Pak, organizing community events and maintaining the team's social media presence. Jessica previously held positions at South West Community Care Access Centre as a Change Management and Adoption Coordinator, providing administrative support for patient care. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and has received additional education from Ashton College and Norwich District High School.
