Andrew G. possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, currently serving as Messaging Infrastructure Support at eHealth Ontario since May 2015. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Hewlett-Packard as an ITO Service Delivery Consultant III from March 2001 to August 2014, focusing on application infrastructure management within the ITIL framework. Previous roles include Senior Systems Administrator - Team Lead at Compaq Canada Corp, where leadership and 24x7 support were provided to hospitals, as well as Technical Analyst at OAO Canada Limited, offering IT consulting across diverse industries. Andrew began the career as a Helpdesk Analyst for the Province of Ontario, responsible for tier I and II level support. Andrew graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College with a degree in Business Administration - Information Systems.
