Lisa Leslie

Lisa Leslie is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in process governance and service design. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at eHealth Ontario since May 2013, Lisa has implemented a Process Maturity Assessment matrix and updated end-to-end process flows using Lean methodology to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Senior Process Analyst at Rogers Communications, where Lisa developed new procedures to improve the client experience and managed cross-functional project initiatives that resulted in operational savings. Lisa's career began at Bell Canada, where impactful contributions included the implementation of major systems and management of customer projects, showcasing expertise in process optimization and stakeholder engagement. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Trent University.
