Rhonda Rawding is an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead specializing in patch management and asset management at eHealth Ontario since March 2013. With a strong background in coordinating facilities-related activities, strategic planning, and operations, Rhonda has effectively managed eHealth Ontario’s asset and property portfolio, including financial management and supplier relations. Prior to this, Rhonda held roles in incident management and facilities services at Aviva Canada, overseeing incident resolution and managing building maintenance for multiple locations. Rhonda's career also includes experience as an IT Projects & Service Coordinator at Symtech Innovations, where optimization of data center operations was a primary focus, as well as roles at Norelco Communications and Nortel Networks, contributing to a solid foundation in telecommunications and executive support. Rhonda holds an ITIL V3 certification and a designation in Open Services Architecture (OSA).
