Chris Smurthwaite is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships across various sectors, including retail health, pharmacy, and technology. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Business Development at eHealth, Inc. since February 2023, Chris has a proven track record in guiding startups through the venture capital landscape as the founder of VC Insider. Prior roles include Director of Partnerships at Science 37 and Director of Business Development at eHealth, where significant partnerships were established with top national pharmacy brands. Chris has demonstrated expertise in healthcare strategy, analytics, and corporate development, having also held positions with Trinnovate Ventures and IASIS Healthcare.
