Emily Z.

Emily Z. is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at eHealth, Inc. since May 2022, Emily oversees various teams and projects focused on personalization, search ranking, recommendation systems, customer analytics, and more. Prior to this, Emily was the Senior Manager of Data Science at Best Buy from February 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included building and leading the Data Science Innovation team, developing machine learning solutions, and designing patented ranking algorithms. Earlier career roles included Lead Data Scientist at Thomson Reuters and Data Scientist at Wayzata Home Products. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
