Katherine Youngblood is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty, retention, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Sr Marketing Manager for Loyalty and Retention at eHealth, Inc. since August 2023, Katherine previously held key positions at Sonos, Inc. and Verizon, focusing on CRM strategies and customer loyalty initiatives. With a strong background in strategic marketing at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) and a solid foundation in various marketing roles at companies such as PGi and Cox Enterprises, Katherine has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
