Mee Chang, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, currently serves as a Contract Manager at E&I Cooperative Services since August 2023, focusing on compliance, risk management, and performance management to optimize contract value for members. Previously, Mee held multiple roles at Saint Paul Public Schools, including Interim Purchasing Manager and Contract Manager, and gained extensive experience at the State of Minnesota's Department of Administration in various procurement positions from 2016 to 2020.
