Amanda Link

Amanda Link is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong track record in employee benefits administration. Since September 2015, Amanda has worked at EI Microcircuits, where responsibilities include managing FMLA, LOA, COBRA, EEOC reporting, unemployment appeals, and compliance with DOL regulations. Prior to this role, Amanda gained valuable experience at Scheels from June 2012 to September 2015, serving as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Store Leader, as well as a Specialty Shop Manager and Sales Associate. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed in 2012.
