Rohit Kaushal

Rohit Kaushal has a diverse work experience in the automotive and agriculture industries. Rohit is currently the Head of Dealer Development at Eicher Tractors since September 2022. Prior to this, they led the SSPI division at Eicher Tractors from April 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Eicher Tractors, Rohit worked at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where they held various roles. Rohit served as the Head of New Category Establishment from December 2019 to March 2021, and as the DGM of Strategy from December 2018 to November 2019. Rohit also led the SCCM & Agri Implements Business, where they were responsible for sales and establishing the new venture of Swaraj Agri Implements. From August 2016 to November 2018, they coordinated with various teams to ensure the timely availability of tractors to customers. Rohit also held the positions of Head of SCCM Function, Manager of Sales Administration, and Deputy Manager during their tenure at Mahindra and Mahindra.

Prior to their time at Mahindra and Mahindra, Rohit worked at GRS Motors Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Process Owner. In this role, they oversaw dealership administration, developed business strategies, managed finances, and monitored sales operations. Rohit also contributed to the construction and operationalization of a dealership outlet in Jhansi.

Earlier in their career, Rohit was a Business Owner at SRK Organo Pvt. Ltd. from August 2003 to June 2009.
