Christian Pelanconi has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Christian started their career at United Parcel Service (UPS) in 1991, where they were a member of the Strategic Planning & Marketing team. Christian worked on mergers and acquisitions planning, operational integration, and new product development.

In 1993, Pelanconi joined Dia Distribuzione, a fast-growing retail chain, as the Operations Director. Christian played a key role in running the business and was part of the executive start-up team. During their tenure, the business was sold.

From 1996 to 1999, Pelanconi worked at Mondial Assistance, a subsidiary of Allianz Group, as the Sales Director and Deputy Managing Director.

In 1999, they joined SunGard, which is now part of FIS. Christian held several executive roles at SunGard, including Managing Director South Europe, SVP Business Development Europe Middle East & Africa, and Executive Director Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

In 2016, Pelanconi joined FIS as the Executive Director EMEA, where they worked until 2017.

Additionally, Pelanconi served as an Advisory Board Member at Green Arrow Capital from 2014 to 2018.

From 2003 to 2020, they worked as a Non-Executive Director at Mobile Solutions, a company providing a SaaS ERP platform for the Energy distribution space. The company was eventually sold to Gruppo Zucchetti.

Pelanconi is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Eidosmedia, a world-leading platform for highly complex content management. The company facilitates digital transformation for global players in the Media, Finance, and Government verticals. Their focus is on multiple concurrent authors, regulated environments, and multi-channel distribution of high-value content.

Christian Pelanconi completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Birmingham from 1985 to 1988. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters degree in European Master in Management at ESCP Business School, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991.
