Loïc Simard-Duguay, M. Sc., CRHA

Loïc Simard-Duguay, M. Sc., CRHA, is an experienced professional in talent and culture management, currently serving as a Partner in Talent and Culture at Eidos-Montréal since January 2022. Prior to this role, Loïc worked at Groupe Sélection from July 2019 to January 2022 as an Organizational Development Advisor and Project Manager, focusing on diversity and inclusion, employee retention, engagement, and performance management strategies. Loïc's career also includes roles such as Research Intern in Organizational Development at Mondou and Organizational and Human Development Advisor at Spritz Marketing Social et Numérique. Earlier experience includes managing community relations and social media for SDC Vieux-Montréal and assisting in educational programming for the Ville de Montréal. Loïc holds a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Université de Montréal.
