Susanne Stensland Eggen is currently working as the leader of competence and recruitment at Eidsiva. Prior to this, Susanne held roles in HR and organizational development at companies like Elvia and Hafslund. Susanne has a strong background in HR, organizational development, and IT implementation. Susanne also has a Master's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Their previous experiences include research on the relationship between organizational change processes, role conflict, role ambiguity, and employee mental health.
