Additionally, Jeroen has served as the chairman of the works council and worked as a casemanager focusing on reducing recidivism rates post-detention. In their current role as an Eigen-kracht coordinator, Jeroen organizes conferences to aid individuals in finding solutions within their own social circles. Jeroen has also worked in addressing community complaints and providing support in various social welfare projects. With a degree in history education, Jeroen brings a unique perspective to their work in social services.
