Amna M. possesses extensive experience in sales operations, currently serving as Assistant Manager Sales Operations at Eighteen since September 2018. Previously, Amna held the position of Sales Operations Team Lead, collaborating closely with senior management to manage inventory, launch new clusters, and optimize sales forecasting methods. Early roles included Sales Operations Specialist and Sales Operations Executive, where responsibilities involved managing CRM tools, conducting competitive analyses, and supporting sales teams with operational documentation. Prior to this, Amna gained foundational experience as a Management Trainee Officer and a Research Assistant at the College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and completed internships in the energy sector and hardware development. Amna holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from NUST, earned between 2014 and 2018.
