Jon Thornton

Jon Thornton is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in account management and enterprise sales across multiple companies within the technology and human capital markets. Currently serving as VP of Account Management at eightfold.ai since 2021, Jon focuses on empowering individuals in their career paths. Prior experience includes roles at Dice as Vice President of Enterprise Sales, where revenue generation for enterprise clients was a priority, and isolved as Vice President of Sales, where Jon drove significant new business revenue. Additionally, Jon held key positions at Monster, SCC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and DecisionOne, developing strategies that consistently achieved substantial revenue goals. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
