Nan Li

Nan Li, CPA has a strong work experience in accounting and finance. They began their career at Deloitte in 2004 as an Audit Manager, where they worked until 2009. They then moved on to Morgan Stanley as an Accounting Manager for a brief period. From 2010 to 2012, Nan Li worked at Susquehanna International Group, LLP as an Equity Research Associate. They returned to Deloitte in 2012, this time as an Audit Manager until 2013. Nan Li then joined Equinix in 2013 as a Senior Director Global Accounting. In this role, they managed SEC reporting, leasing accounting, and revenue accounting. They also led the implementation of lease accounting software. Most recently, Nan Li joined Eightfold in 2022 as a VP, Corporate Controller, where they oversee the global accounting team and are responsible for month-end close and consolidated financial statements. They also lead the adoption of ASC 606 revenue accounting and revenue accounting system update.

Nan Li, CPA, obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Lehigh University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Nan Li has obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification.
