Madhu Sudan Manna

Madhu Sudan Manna is a Scientist-2 at Eikon Therapeutics since October 2022. Prior to that, Madhu Sudan Manna worked as an Instructor at UT Southwestern Medical Center from April 2016 to September 2022. Madhu Sudan Manna has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Indian Institute of Science, a Master's degree in Chem from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Bachelor's degree in Chem from Vidyasagar University. Madhu Sudan Manna's research work includes studying antibiotic resistance mechanisms, developing antibiotics targeting β-lactamase, understanding TMP-resistance in E. coli, and developing mutant-specific DHFR inhibitors. Additionally, Madhu Sudan Manna has worked on catalytic allylic alkylation reactions, stereoselective alpha‑amination of alkynes, and photocatalytic benzylic C–H functionalization.
