Laura Pratt has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2005. Laura has held various roles in different companies. At EILEEN FISHER, INC., their most recent position is Senior Director of OMNI Buying and E-commerce Merchandising, which started in January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of DTC Buying, Director of Digital Buying, Web Business Director, Manager Web Buying, Buyer E-commerce, Associate Buyer/Website Product Manager, and Assistant Buyer Retail Stores. Before joining EILEEN FISHER, INC., they worked at ANN INC. as the Visual Merchandising Manager for Ann Taylor Stores from August 2004 to May 2005.

Laura Pratt attended Cornell University from 2000 to 2004. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles & Apparel, with a focus on Business Management.
