John Krivak

John Krivak has a long and varied work experience. John has been the Managing Partner at Adena Court Apts LLC since 2022, and was previously the Managing Partner at JEL - New York 684 from 2019-2022, and at Jack Estates LLC from 2014-2019. John was also the Director of Information Technology at eInformatics from 2007-2014, and held various roles there including Manager of Technical Services, Technical Support Specialist - Level 2, and Technical Support Specialist - Level 1. At their various roles, John has gained experience in commercial real estate, residential multi-family properties, negotiations, purchase contracts, financing, insurance policies, tenant leases, rent collection, bookkeeping, finance tracking, tenant communications, and issue resolution.

John Krivak obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University between 2003 and 2006. John also holds two additional certifications from CompTIA and Cisco, which they obtained in June 2003: CompTIA Network+ N10-002 and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
