Alison S D Beckles

Alison S D Beckles is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as the People and Talent Manager at EIP Limited since April 2022, Alison has previously held roles such as Account Manager for the Solutions Team at Human Synergistics, where support was provided for accreditation in development tools. As a Principal Consultant at Intrinsic Data Inc., focus was placed on helping organizations achieve strategic objectives through leadership and team development. Alison served as Deputy Director at Jabez House, overseeing project management and strategic direction, and worked as an NVQ/CVQ Assessor. Through earlier experience as a Management Consultant and Clerk Processor at FirstCaribbean International Bank, a strong foundation in operational efficiency and client solutions was established.
