Kate Blunden (Née Matson) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at EIP since September 2022, overseeing the HR Operations Team and partnering with senior leaders on people management issues. Previously, Kate held the position of HR Business Partner at Osborne Clarke from July 2020 to September 2022, where strategic HR support across multiple locations was provided, focusing on performance, talent management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Advisor at Covéa Insurance from September 2015 to July 2020, managing employee relations cases and leading diversity strategies.
