Fiet Joseph Bright Ceng

Joseph Bright CEng, FIET is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Programme Manager Infrastructure at EirGrid since November 2021 and Director at Brighter Power Engineering Ltd since October 2018. Joseph specializes in programme and project management within the energy sector, providing subject matter expertise for grid connection requirements and technical design assurance for hyperscale data centre developers across Europe. Significant achievements include leading projects for the Irish Transmission System Operator, delivering new high voltage substations for UK National Grid and Scottish Power, and managing large-scale project portfolios at Powerlink Queensland. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honours in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cardiff University and a Diploma of Project Management from the University of New England.
