Ieva Ruškytė-Jasinskienė has extensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles and industries.

✅Ieva currently works at EIS Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst, a role they started in August 2021.

Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at 28Stone Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst, where they also took on additional responsibilities as a Project Manager at Mizuho from August 2020 to March 2021. During their time at 28Stone Consulting, they were responsible for creating and configuring an online learning system on Derivative Trading for internal company use, as well as being the Business Analyst for a CLOB app development project.

Before joining 28Stone Consulting, Inc., they worked at Risk Focus as a Business Data Analyst from August 2016 to May 2018. In this role, they were involved in a project focusing on regulatory trades validation with a rules engine and had responsibilities in Product Control.

From 2014 to 2018, they were a Business Analyst at Data Magic, where they contributed to various projects.

✅Ieva also worked at Nordea from October 2015 to August 2016 as a Sales Analyst/Project Manager, primarily responsible for household banking reporting and data analysis using tools such as SAS, Teradata SQL, Oracle BI publisher, and Oracle Discoverer Viewer.

Their earlier work experience includes positions such as Business Insights Manager at Draugų Klubas, where they were involved in segmentation, RFM analysis, loyalty systems development, big data analysis, data management, regular and ad-hoc reporting, and QlikView development. ✅Ieva worked with clients such as Čili Pica, Čili Kaimas, Forest, Soya, and 1822.

✅Ieva also served as a Segment Analyst at Alma Littera Group from May 2012 to July 2013. During this time, they were responsible for providing high-quality and timely customer insights and analysis to the company's management and marketing executives, leading CRM initiation and BI (QlikView) initiation projects, and creating various tools and scoring systems to support publishing and sales activities.

From September 2009 to April 2012, they worked at Philip Morris International as a Sales Information Executive, where they handled system administration, market analysis, data maintenance, reporting, and analysis for the sales and marketing department.

Before that, they worked at DNB from February 2005 to September 2009, where they held the role of Credit Analyst and Project Manager. Their responsibilities included credit risk evaluation, financial analysis, credit monitoring, and the creation of rating tools for enterprises. ✅Ieva also managed the Credit Risk Management System creation project and conducted training for sales managers.

Ieva Ruškytė-Jasinskienė has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kaunas University of Technology. ✅Ieva also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Insurance from Vilniaus universitetas/Vilnius University. Prior to their university education, they attended Vilniaus Mykolo Birziskos gymnasium. In addition to their formal education, Ieva has obtained several certifications, including "Tips from Psychology for Problem Solving" from OVC Consulting, "Agile, Scrum, XP & Kanban practice" from naked Agility with Martin Hinshelwood, and "Ubiquitous Learning and Instructional Technologies" and "Learning Technologies Foundations and Applications" from Coursera. ✅Ieva also holds certifications in "Global Trade Repository Certification" from DTCC DERIVATIVES REPOSITORY LTD and "Using Python to Access Web Data," "Python Data Structures," and "Programming For Everybody (Getting Started With Python)" from University of Michigan/Coursera. Additionally, Ieva has completed a course in "Basics of Project Management" from KUC.
