Rory Yates

Rory Yates has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Starting from 2016, they founded and managed Disruption Foresight Limited, where they worked as the Founder and Managing Director. Later, they joined Cognizant and held multiple positions such as Senior Director of UKI Leader of Digital Works, Senior Director of Digital Solutions & Architecture, and Assistant Vice President of Digital Strategy. In 2019, Rory worked as an Advisor at Waffle Sport and as the PAS440 Responsible Innovation at BSI. In 2020, they became the Regional Leader of Analytics, Consulting & Engineering at DXC Technology and also served as the Head of Digital Solutions for UK, Ireland, Israel, Middle East, and Africa. In 2021, they founded Digital Poverty UK and worked as a Founder and Board Trustee. Additionally, they served as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Retail & Consumer at Luxoft. Currently, Rory Yates is working at EIS Ltd as the CSO, SVP, and the Global Head of Strategy.

Rory Yates attended Bournemouth and Poole College from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued A-levels without specifying a specific field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Solent University from 1995 to 1998, obtaining a BA Hons degree in Marketing.
