Kathy Peffers

Kathy Peffers has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles over more than three decades. Starting at Eisenhower Medical Center as a Human Resources Generalist from 1988 to 2008, Kathy then progressed to positions at the Betty Ford Center as an Associate HR Business Partner and Employment Coordinator until 2017. Following this, Kathy worked as an HR Generalist at SunLine Transit Agency from 2017 to 2018, then returned to Eisenhower Medical Center, where Kathy served as HR Manager and Relationship Support Representative. Kathy retired in October 2022. In terms of education, Kathy Peffers earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies between 2008 and 2013.
