Vanessa Destime

Vanessa Destime is an Associate Attorney at Eisner, LLP, since September 2021, specializing in client disputes involving privacy, trademark/copyright, right of publicity, trade secrets, commercial business, and regulatory law, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that align with business strategies. Prior to this role, Vanessa served as an Associate Attorney at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. from September 2018 to August 2021, representing clients in commercial business, intellectual property, and personal injury cases, and developing efficient case management systems. Vanessa gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at The Court of Special Appeals of Maryland from August 2017 to August 2018, where research and drafting appellate opinions were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate position at Schlachman, Belsky, Weiner & Davey, P.A., and a Law Clerk role within the Maryland Office of the Attorney General during the Thurgood Marshall Clerkship Program.
