Karlheinz Welzbacher

Karlheinz Welzbacher has an extensive background in engineering and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Trim Modules at Eissmann Group Automotive since March 2010, key projects include leading the development of instrument panels and consoles for notable models such as the Ford Mondeo, S-Max, BMW i8, and AMG/SLS. In addition to this role, Karlheinz operates as the owner and managing director of KW I Coaching - Consulting - systemische Aufstellungen since April 2007. Previously, from 2008 to December 2016, Karlheinz held the position of Project Manager Automotive at KORN CONSULT GROUP, and from January 1996 to February 2007, served as Geschäftsführer at Beckenbach GmbH, specializing in mold and tool construction, as well as rubber and plastics technology.
