Séverine Lacharme-Reichert

Séverine Lacharme-Reichert has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Séverine is currently the Director of Business Operations and Sustainable Development, ad interim, at EIT Health since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Innovation - Innovation manager at EIT Health from February 2017 to July 2023.

Séverine also worked as an Expert and Reviewer for the H2020 Programme, SME Instrument Energy, at the European Commission from September 2014 to April 2018. Séverine was a Branch Manager, Senior Consultant, and Innovation Manager at In Extenso Innovation Croissance from March 2015 to February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Innovation Management Senior Consultant at ABGI France from September 2012 to February 2015.

Séverine also served as a European Project Coordinator in the Energy, Environment, and Health Department at Région Rhône-Alpes from February 2010 to September 2012. Séverine began their career as a Support Analyst at M&C Energy Group from April 2009 to October 2009. Séverine also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Heidelberg from April 2002 to September 2007.

Séverine Lacharme-Reichert has a strong educational background that includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Heidelberg University, which was completed between 2002 and 2007. In 2001 and 2002, they obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Additionally, they completed an Advanced Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Industrial Safety Management at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon between 2008 and 2009. More recently, in 2020, they completed a course on Leadership Principles at Harvard Business School Online. In 2022, Séverine Lacharme-Reichert attended Esade, where they pursued a degree in Innovation and Change Management towards Sustainability. Finally, in 2023, they attended the Yale School of Management to study Sustainability Theory.
