Ikuo Takahashi has extensive experience in the legal field, serving as CEO of IT Research Art since November 2007 and as an attorney at law at Komazawa Legal Chambers since November 1993. Notable contributions include a legal analysis of reverse engineering in May 2008 and research on incident response to information breaches in May 2007. Prior professional experiences include positions as an associate in international litigation at Bird & Bird and Shinmyo & Partners, and as an attorney at law focusing on company law and labor law at Hashimoto Taketo Law Offices. Ikuo Takahashi completed a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government at Waseda University and received legal training at the Legal Apprentice School of the Supreme Court.
