Martin Richrath

Martin Richrath has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Martin most recently served as the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at EK Germany starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at EK Germany from January 2017 to December 2022.

Before joining EK Germany, Martin worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at EK Netherlands from December 2015 to December 2016. Martin also held various roles at METRO C&C GER, including Business Development Officer (BDO) from January 2015 to November 2015, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at C+C SCHAPER from July 2013 to November 2015.

Martin's earlier experiences include serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Makro C&C NL from February 2010 to June 2013, and at METRO C&C VN as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from February 2008 to January 2010. Martin also held roles such as Head of Controlling at MCC VN from October 2005 to January 2008, Department Manager Controlling at MCC CN from January 2003 to September 2005, and Senior-Controller at MCC GER from July 1999 to December 2002.

Prior to their roles in the corporate sector, Martin worked as a Controller at Johannes Anstalten Mosbach from July 1998 to June 1999.

Martin Richrath attended the University of Düsseldorf from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Economics.
