Adriana Morantes has a diverse work experience, starting as an International News journalist intern at Diario El Universal in 2004. Adriana then worked as an Assistant for Corporate Newsletter Editing at Conapri (Institute for National Investment Counseling) in 2005. Adriana also worked as a Freelance Journalist from 2005 to 2006. Adriana joined Pfizer as a Communications Coordinator in 2006, where they led internal communications plans and supervised press release writing.
In 2007, Adriana joined Nolver Pharmaceuticals (Tecnofarma Group) as a Marketing Trainee, where they completed the Young Professional Talents Program and gained experience in different marketing areas. Adriana later became the Integrated Communications Manager, establishing internal and external communications processes, campaigns, and strategies.
From 2012 to 2015, Adriana worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals as an Integrated Communications Associate. Adriana managed internal and external communications, executed PR strategies, and coordinated activities and events to engage key journalists and media.
Adriana then moved to Roche in 2016, where they worked as a Communications Manager. Adriana was responsible for internal and external communications, led the internal relaunch of communications channels and processes, and integrated the Emergency response team during Venezuela's social and political unstable period.
Most recently, Adriana has been working as the Branding & Marketing Director at E'KABEL since 2016.
Adriana Morantes has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Journalism in 2006. In 2011, they participated in the Manager Development Program at IESA. Recently, in 2020, they pursued further learning by completing the altMBA program offered by Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops. Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained a certification in "Fundamentos del teletrabajo" from LinkedIn.
