Rowena Fajardo

Rowena Fajardo currently serves as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Ekahau, a position held since September 2020. Previously, Rowena worked at Zendesk from July 2019 to July 2020, holding roles as both Associate Customer Advocate and Customer Advocate. Prior to Zendesk, Rowena was with ADP from June 2012 to July 2019, where the role of Client Experience Coach was undertaken. Rowena also gained experience early in the career at Rainmaker Asia, Inc. as a Lead Inspection Specialist in May 2010.
