Saloni Dabholkar

Saloni Dabholkar currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Polymath Ventures, ekar, and GluCare Health, having started in these roles in August 2021. Prior to these positions, Saloni served as Senior HR Business Partner and Senior Manager - HR at The Luxury Closet, Inc. from May 2018 to August 2021, and as HR Manager at Wadi.com, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department and leading HR functions across multiple countries from October 2014 to May 2018. Saloni's HR experience began at Mahindra Finance as Deputy Manager - HR, overseeing approximately 400 employees, after roles as Assistant Manager - HR at Siemens and an intern at Bridgestone. Saloni holds a Master's degree in Labour Studies from the University of Mumbai and completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Development at XLRI Jamshedpur. Saloni also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fergusson College.
