Rama Praba

Rama Praba has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. They began their career as a US IT Recruiter at Vedas India IBPM in 2001 and continued in a similar role at Netvision Cybertechpvt Ltd until 2006. Following this, Rama Praba worked as an HR Executive at Allsec Technologies Limited from 2006 to 2008. They then progressed to the position of HR Manager at IPC Group Singapore, where they oversaw the management of branches in India. From 2011 to 2012, Rama Praba served as a Senior HR Officer at Allsec Technologies Limited. They then joined KK Enterprises as an HR Incharge in 2013, handling HR responsibilities until 2022. Subsequently, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at Empower.XYZ Pvt Ltd (AGILE) from March to October 2022. Currently, Rama Praba is working as the HR Head (Hire - Retire) at Ekennis Software Service Limited.

Rama Praba has a diverse education history. They completed the General Management Programme (EGMP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Symbiosis School of Distance Learning. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Queen Marys College, where they were recognized as a gold medalist. Rama Praba also obtained another Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SCDL.
