Nadeem Ehsan has extensive experience in IT consulting, specializing in resource management, technical staffing, recruitment, business development, account management, and vendor relations. Currently serving as Head of Talent Management at Ekfrazo Technologies Private Limited since January 2022, Nadeem previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Manager at Mahantech Corp from December 2018 to January 2022 and at SQUADCODE Infotech Inc. from January 2009 to December 2018. Throughout the career, Nadeem has managed the complete recruitment cycle, including requirement gathering, consultant sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, contract execution, onboarding, and induction. Nadeem holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, completed in 2006.
