Willy Boerema

Willy Boerema is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in personnel management and organizational development, currently serving as Hoofd Personeel & Organisatie at Ekro / VanDrie Group since March 2018. Previously, Willy acted as Interim Hoofd P&O at Boerema HR Advies & Coaching, fulfilling various roles, including HR manager and HR business partner, in multiple organizations such as Keolis Nederland and Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. Significant contributions include establishing new HR departments at Van Lanschot Chabot and implementing strategic HR policies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
