Aldas Juronis

Aldas Juronis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Production Officer, and Head of OEM Lasers Program at EKSPLA since November 2018, Aldas focuses on ultra-short pulse industrial lasers and their applications in micromachining. Previously, Aldas co-founded Ovao Technologies, specializing in wearable technologies, and led the Component and Material Sales Department at FL Technics, achieving significant revenue growth and market diversification. Aldas has held roles such as Deputy Head of Sales at Avia Solutions Group AB and Sales Director at UAB Tele-3, demonstrating expertise in sales strategy and team development. Aldas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radio Electronics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology.
