In 2021, Emilien Rayon joined Ekwateur as the Director of Information Systems (CIO). Emilien is responsible for leading the IT department and promoting agility and continuous improvement in digital products. Emilien manages a team of around 70 Product & Tech professionals who work collaboratively and demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's projects. Under their leadership, Ekwateur's IT team has achieved recognition, such as being named the best DevOps team in EMEA on AWS in 2022.

Prior to joining Ekwateur, Emilien worked at Atos from 2020 to 2021 as the Head of Energy & Utilities Consulting for Atos France. In this role, they played a key role in the company's transformation efforts by focusing on customer needs and industry-specific solutions. Emilien led a team of consultants who offered expertise in areas such as organizational transformations, digitalization, and data-centric governance.
